Key Responsibilities

Operate offshore cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and LOLER/PUWER regulations.
Support subsea, ROV and deck operations, including lifts to and from the seabed.
Conduct pre-use checks, routine inspections and basic maintenance of crane equipment.
Plan and execute complex lifts in coordination with the Deck Supervisor and offshore team.
Follow lift plans, risk assessments and toolbox talks for all lifting operations.
Communicate clearly with banksmen, riggers and bridge personnel during operations.
Report defects, near misses and safety observations in line with company SMS.
Maintain accurate crane logs and certification records.
Ensure compliance with all HSE, client and vessel safety requirements.
Assist with general deck duties when required.
