We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Quality and previous subsea experience. The Role The Corporate QHSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering an integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System suitable for offshore marine and subsea construction operations. The role provides strategic leadership to embed a strong safety, quality and environmental culture across onshore teams, projects and offshore operations, while enabling the business to evolve into full EPCI delivery. Plan, review, and support geotechnical inspections, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Support and coordinate vessel-based operations, including ROV and diving activities. Develop, review, and maintain project documentation, schedules, procedures, and technical reports. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, vessel crews, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and meet project objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best engineering practices across the team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Marine, Offshore, Subsea, or a related discipline). Minimum 5 years’ experience for Senior Engineer level; 8–10+ years’ experience for Lead Engineer level. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering subsea projects, including IRM, construction, decommissioning, and commissioning. Demonstrated experience with vessel-based operations, including ROV and/or diving support. Strong understanding of offshore engineering standards, subsea systems, and industry regulations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Project management experience or certification (e.g. PMP) is advantageous.
