Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Account Manager to generate leads, secure new business, and manage client relationships across our recruitment, HR/crew management, and ship management services. This role is crucial in expanding our client base, winning contracts, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our partners. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients in the marine, offshore, and energy industries. Client Introductions & Sales: Secure meetings, present our services, and win contracts. Proposal & Tender Support: Assist in preparing competitive proposals and bid submissions. Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings. Account Management Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients once contracts are secured.
